Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. in Chester, VA is seeking a full-time Entry Level Electrical Helper to assist commercial electricians with a variety of tasks and material handling.

You will mount and install conduit, wires, and strapping as directed, assist in wire pulls, and work from ladders while complying with safety policies. Travel may be required; candidates should have 6 months or less electrical field experience, a HS diploma/GED, OSHA 10 or ability to obtain it, and be able to pass pre-employment

Qualifications

• 6 months or less electrical field experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification.
• Pre-employment background and MVR checks where responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assists commercial Electricians by performing various tasks and material handling
