The National Strategic Research Institute (NSRI) is seeking an Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to join our Melbourne, Florida team on a government-funded project. The role involves supporting multidisciplinary laboratory research, measurement systems, instrumentation, and data acquisition within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship and willingness to work in Melbourne, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, integration, and testing of electronic systems and components.
• Perform laboratory measurements, instrumentation setup, and data collection in support of research activities.
• Calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure safe operation of laboratory equipment.
• Support measurement systems, instrumentation, and data acquisition activities under the direction of senior engineers and project leads.
• Collaborate with the Principal Investigator, senior engineers, and project leads to support technical research tasks and project objectives.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, laboratory records, test results, and reports.
• Assist with technical data analysis and the preparation of results using applicable engineering and laboratory tools.
• Participate in technical meetings and present project results, findings, and status updates.
