Job summary

Techserv is seeking an Entry Level Engineering Technician/Designer to join our electrical distribution team in Conroe, Texas. The position provides hands-on training and offers opportunities for growth within the company. You will work with Engineers using CAD software to create designs for various projects, requiring travel approximately 20% of the time. Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong collaboration skills and a desire to develop their technical knowledge. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD is preferable.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience with electrical distribution systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use CAD software for client projects including new builds.
• Execute a variety of electrical design assignments.
• Travel to regional job sites per client specifications.

Skills

Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education
