Job summary

Siemens Mobility seeks an Electrical Assembly Technician – Entry Level for the 1st shift at our Memphis/Southaven locations. You will assemble and modify electrical control products, follow schematics, and ensure quality through testing and packaging of finished goods.

Ideal candidates have basic tool skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the capacity to learn and follow written instructions. Forklift certification may be required; SAP/WMS knowledge is a plus. Pay is $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Clear written and oral communication required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Basic tool handling skills needed.
• Ability to learn and follow written and verbal instructions.
• High capacity for reasoning and problem solving.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and modify electrical control products per customer specifications and diagrams.
• Perform physical tasks for assembly, modification, testing, packaging, and distribution of finished goods.
• Use approved process instructions to wire, test, and troubleshoot using hand tools and SAP desktop functions.
• Operate or assist with forklift and use power tools as required.
• Maintain warehouse 5S standards and keep area clean and organized.
• Support supervisor/manager with assigned tasks and safety compliance.
