Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
• 0–3 years professional experience; recent graduates welcome.
• Basic understanding of AC electrical systems and terminology.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams or schematics from coursework or experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; good written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working with customers and as part of a technical team.
• Basic proficiency with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project quotations and help configure metering solutions.
• Review electrical drawings and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and sales reps to understand project needs.
• Help select meters, CTs, communications, enclosures, and accessories.
• Coordinate projects from quotation through production with Sales/Engineering/Operations.
• Answer product and application questions as knowledge grows.
• Help prepare submittals, technical information, and project documentation.
• Assist with customer startup, communications, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support customized meter applications and keep projects moving.
