In our 1:1 ABA setting, you'll work hands-on with children (18 months to 8 years) using ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive, center-based environment. What you'll be doing as a Behavior Therapist
  • Apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children with Autism reach their full potential by reading treatment plans, implementing treatments, collecting data, writing notes, and following supervisor feedback.
  • Support the development of children in early childhood through engaging and fun therapeutic activities.
  • Collaborate with a team to optimize treatment, safety, and a positive work environment.
  • Engage with children through play, movement, and imitation, adapting to each child's interests and energy levels.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to coordinate activities, celebrate successes, and advocate for needs.
Job Requirements
  • Lift and move with children in a fast-paced environment—ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, squat, move on the floor, and run to stay engaged and ensure safety.
  • Maintain a stimulating and tidy therapy environment.
  • Multitask to manage multiple actions and decisions while prioritizing safety.
  • Support teams across centers and regions, including travel when assigned.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.

Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment by passing a 40-hour training, competency assessment, registering for the exam, and passing the board's exam.

Pay Ranges Based on Experience & Education
  • Associates: $15.50 - $23.25
  • Bachelors: $21.00 - $27.25
  • Masters: $22.00 - $28.00

First raise upon certification as RBT, typically within 21 days. Experience in childcare, mental health, teaching, or related fields is a plus. Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a team-oriented attitude are highly valued.
