Qualifications

• Must sign NDA.
• Pass driving and onsite typing tests.
• Comfort driving 6-8 hours daily.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow detailed safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Source One is a staffing services company and we're currently looking for the following individuals to work as drivers for our client, a major AI technology company developing autonomous vehicles (AVs) in San Diego, CA.

Title: Vehicle Operator - Data Collection (Driver)

Pay Rate: $28/hr (W-2) plus benefits (listed below)

TRAVEL REQUIRED: This role will require travel to either Las Vegas or San Francisco to complete 4 weeks of training. You will need to remain in LV or SF for the entire training duration. We will book your flight and hotel accommodations at no cost and will reimburse a per diem for meals and rideshare to and from the site.

Shifts are available at the following times:

Day Shift: 6:45am-3:15pm

Night Shift: 3:45pm-12:15am

Days: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday

• - Candidates must pass a pre-employment motor vehicle record check, criminal background check, and a drug test
• - Candidates must sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
• - Candidates must pass a driving test and an onsite typing test
• - Must be comfortable driving for extended periods (6-8 hours per day)
• - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• - Ability to follow detailed instructions and strict safety guidelines
