Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales/service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge and familiarity with store systems; sourcing parts from multiple channels and maintaining inventory are essential.

The position can be part-time or full-time, with fleet safety certification preferred. Strong communication and the ability to work varied schedules are important for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must read and write English; Spanish a plus.
• 2-3 years of successful retail sales experience.
• Ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers.
• Basic automotive system and parts knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Hit personal sales goals and help the store achieve its sales targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installation.
• Maintain store product and operational standards, including inventory processes.
