• EIT/FE (Engineer in Training/Fundamentals of Engineering) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses and applies technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to perform activities/assignments of limited scope.
• Supports the development of technical documentation (designs, testing, calculations, reports, standards, etc.).
• Provides ongoing technical support for project activities within Operations, Maintenance, Testing/diagnostics, Regulatory, etc.
• Coordinates/leads projects or portions of projects under the direction of a higher level engineer or supervisor.
• Assists with bid/evaluation processes by performing basic analysis and calculations to support bid documents.
• Communicates effectively with internal teams and external customers/vendors.
• Mentors interns, drafters, technicians, and others; supports self-development of technical skills.
• May perform budgeting, estimating, forecasting, or work order management in support of engineering projects.
