Job summary

Phoenix Contact USA is seeking an entry-level Distribution Center Worker I to support daily DC operations. You will perform essential tasks related to picking and packing while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires basic computer skills, willingness to learn the WMS, and the ability to work effectively in a team with a strong work ethic and reliability. Training is provided for equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading and loading trucks.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to process incoming and outgoing goods.
• Inspect incoming products for quantity and part number accuracy.
• Distribute products to designated storage areas (ASRS, conventional).
• Follow WMS instructions at workstations to complete tasks.
• Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail.
• Prepare shipments according to WMS directions and shipping guidelines.
• Operate hand trucks and other equipment (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
