Job summary

ServiceMaster RRH in Middletown, OH is seeking an emergency restoration technician to perform water, fire and mold remediation and disaster recovery tasks per supervisor directions, including operating air movers and dehumidifiers. You will work as part of a team, follow company guidelines, and maintain quality control on each job while reporting equipment or client issues to supervision.

Reads and follows product label usage instructions.

Responsibilities

Performs water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed by supervisor to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction and demolition
Sets up and monitors air movers and/or dehumidifiers
May perform other cleaning duties during mitigation or restoration
Reports any equipment malfunction to supervisor
Reports any customer problems or damage to supervisor
Completes assigned job tasks according to company processes while maintaining quality control on each job
