Job summary

Fortis Solutions Group in Marietta, GA, is seeking a Digital Die Cut Operator to run a digital die cutter, apply laminate or UV varnish, and ensure quality checks are completed. You will log progress in the ERP system, verify setups, and coordinate with production leadership to resolve issues.

The role requires basic math, the ability to read SOPs and tickets, good communication, and a team-oriented, proactive attitude. This is an on-site, manufacturing position with safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• At least one year of press or printing related experience preferred.
• One year of manufacturing work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the digital die cutter to die cut and apply laminate or UV varnish as per job ticket.
• Receive and inspect rolls; verify against the job order.
• Set up dies, roll wind, Lam/UV according to specifications and verify setup.
• Log jobs and progress in the ERP system; note special situations.
• Monitor die-cut registration and quality; troubleshoot as needed with maintenance.
• Communicate issues to Shift Supervisor/Production Manager/Scheduler.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and participate in continuous improvement.
