Job summary

Aspen Dental Medford is seeking an Entry-level Denture Lab Technician - Digital to learn digital denture production through our state-of-the-art training program. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading equipment and be part of a collaborative dental team.

You will print and fabricate dentures, perform prosthetic repairs and relines, and assist with lab supply preparation. A 15+ week training period may require travel; relocation is strongly preferred for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must have computer and technical aptitude to navigate digital workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient-facing teamwork.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are essential.

Responsibilities

• Print and fabricate dentures as part of digital production.
• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases as needed.
• Assist with preparation of laboratory supply orders and maintain workspace.
