Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-level Denture Lab Technician - Digital who will learn our digital denture production system through a state-of-the-art training program. You will print and fabricate dentures and collaborate with dentists to ensure patient satisfaction.

This role offers a full-time schedule, paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Travel for a 15+ week training period and relocation are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Computer and technical aptitude required to navigate a digital workflow.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to relate to patients and team members.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• High attention to detail for precise denture fabrication and repairs.
• Must be able to pass a hands-on skill assessment/bench test.
• Willingness to travel for a 15+ week training period and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
• Print and fabricate dentures using digital technology.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
• Assist with laboratory supply orders and inventory.
• Work with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
