Job summary

Oman OnlineConnect in the United States is seeking an entry-level Dietitian to provide nutrition therapy and counseling in a clinical setting. You will assess patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans to help them reach health goals.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of human nutrition, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or in a multidisciplinary team. A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition is required, and an RDN credential is preferred.

Job description

Entry-Level Dietitian

As an entry-level Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing nutrition therapy and counseling to patients in a clinical setting. Your main role will be to assess the nutritional needs of patients and develop personalized meal plans to help them achieve their health goals. You will also educate patients on healthy eating habits and provide guidance on food choices.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of human nutrition and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. You must also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized meal plans for patients
  • Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to meal plans
  • Provide education on nutrition-related topics such as portion control, label reading, and healthy eating habits
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Requirements

Location: This position is located in the United States. However, we welcome applications from qualified candidates regardless of nationality.

Salary: $1200 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
