Job summary

The Wealshire in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Dietary Aide/Server to join our caring team. This entry-level role supports residents by assisting with meals, dining setup, and service in our Dementia/Alzheimer’s care setting.

You’ll perform light food prep, deliver meals, wipe tables, wash and restock dishes, and help maintain a warm, safe dining environment. The position offers full-time hours, weekend and holiday rotation, and a starting hourly wage of $20 to $22 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity in dementia care.
• FT hours 6:00am–2:30pm, weekends/holidays on alternating schedule.
• Hourly wage $20–$22 based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for limited food prep of menu items and snacks for residents.
• Prepare dining area and tables for meal time as needed.
• Deliver resident meals and snacks to dining area, and collect dirty dishes after meals to bring back to kitchen.
• Wash, dry and restock clean and dry dishes, flatware and utensils used to serve residents and others.
