Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services is seeking an entry-level Diesel & Trailer Technician to join our Florida service team. You’ll perform preventative maintenance on trailers, handle DOT/FHWA inspections, and assist with tire, brake, and suspension repairs in a busy shop and on the road as needed.

Ideal candidates are reliable, hands-on problem solvers who can travel occasionally for training or customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must possess or obtain toolbox and required tools.
• Team player mindset and a professional attitude.
• Ability to travel occasionally for training or customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers.
• Handle DOT/FHWA inspections and meet standard service times.
• Repair and replace tires, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Conduct electrical and ABS troubleshooting & repairs.
• Weld and fabricate using steel and aluminum.
