• Starting wage of $18.60 - $23.30 / hour based on experience. $1.50/hr (Having 50% or greater of the regular weekly scheduled hours worked after 15:00 local time) and $0.65 weekend/hr (weekend hours are defined as hours worked between 2100 Friday and 0500 Monday) Note: non-exempt US shop associates working the specific 3 day, 12-hr shift defined as every Fri/Sat/Sun or every Sat/Sun/Mon receive a $3/hour differential in lieu of the $0.65 for all hours worked and are not eligible for the weekend shift differential.
