Job summary

All Roads is seeking an Entry Level Diesel Tech in Hopkinton, MA to service and repair Vermeer equipment. The role requires a 2+ year background in diesel/heavy equipment repair or equivalent trade school, and a willingness to learn under senior technicians.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7 am to 5 pm, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more. Training towards certifications is provided to support growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience or trade school in diesel/heavy equipment repair.
• Experience repairing Vermeer machinery is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior techs.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer Equipment.
• Communicate and follow instructions from senior techs and service manager.
• Learn to diagnose equipment malfunctions; hydraulics and electrical knowledge helpful.
• Welding as needed.
• Keep accurate records of repairs performed.
• Assist in creating repair cost estimates.
• All other duties as assigned.

We are searching for an Entry Level Heavy Equipment Technician to repair Vermeer machinery and components. The ideal candidate is currently in a Tech role repairing diesel/heavy equipment and has 2+ years of experience/trade school.

Compensation & Schedule

• $20/hr+ based on experience
• Monday - Friday, shop hours 7 am - 5 pm
