Job summary

LGC Clinical Diagnostics in Milford, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I to operate and calibrate manufacturing equipment in a cGMP and ISO 13485 environment. You will perform processes per POP/SOP, maintain a clean work area, and support cross-training while complying with safety policies.

The role may require lifting up to 50 lbs, weekend/shift variations, and a rotating schedule. A high school diploma and basic math skills are required; preferred candidates have life science exposure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; basic math skills required.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills required.
• Preferred background in life sciences or ISO/cGMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products per POP’s, SOP’s, cGMP, and ISO 13485 quality systems.
• Perform all manufacturing processes with strict safety adherence.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and promote teamwork.
• Support other departments for cross-training and staffing needs.
• Occasionally lift/move materials up to 50 lbs with proper equipment.
• Other tasks as directed by the manager.
