Job summary

Baptist Health in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Medical Sonographer in the Ultrasound department. The role is day shift, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with an 80-hour bi-weekly schedule.

The Sonographer will perform a variety of sonographic images per approved protocols, maintain image quality and documentation, and prioritize patient safety and comfort. Candidates must graduate from an approved Sonography Program and be ARDMS certified or registry eligible; must pass one registry

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved Sonography Program.
• Must be ARDMS certified or registry eligible.
• Must pass ONE registry within 18 months of employment or may face termination.

Responsibilities

• Provides a variety of sonographic images per approved protocols.
• Maintains high-quality images and thorough documentation.
• Responds to patient safety, and ensures patient comfort and wellbeing.
