Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 1+ years of relatable experience, preferably in natural gas or underground pipeline projects.
• Valid driver's license to operate Peoples Company Vehicles.
• This position is regulated by 49 CFR Parts 192 and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with layout and design engineering work for construction, repairs, or site modifications.
• Maintain databases, records, or files with technical software including AutoCAD drawings.
• Respond to calls from field crews or customers requiring gas operations information.
• Prepare cost estimates and determine cost-efficient methods of project completion.
• Ensure compliance with company, federal, and state codes.
• Participate in safety trainings, audits, and meetings with internal/external groups.
