Day Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm (subject to change based on lab needs)

Location: Bartlett, TN (7490 Bartlett Corporate Cove West, Bartlett, TN 38133)

Salary: $14/hour starting pay (on-the-job training provided; opportunities for merit increases)

Who are we?

R-dent Dental Laboratory is a full-service Dental Laboratory. Family owned since 1978, we manufacture crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, retainers and more using laser scanners, 3D printers, CAD/CAM technology, milling machines, and modeling materials like clay, wax, wire, glass ceramics, and zirconia.

What are some tasks I may be trained to do?

• Melting and applying materials to create dentures
• Building wax replicas of the mouth and teeth on models
• Using CAD software to design crowns, dentures, and other appliances
• Operating 3D printers and CNC mills

What do we require?

• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions and written instructions, sit for 8+ hours daily, and lift up to 25 pounds
• Responsibility and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
• Experience in dentistry, artistry, CAD/CAM, production, construction, food industry/restaurant work, or hobbies requiring hand-eye coordination (e.g., nail technician, jeweler, mechanic, hairdresser, camera repair)
• Dental knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
