Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Processor Technician at entry level to support fabrication of dental prosthetics. You will pour impressions, trim plaster models, articulate cases, and polish dentures in a fast-paced lab with team support.

Ideal candidates have strong hands-on skills, good hand-eye coordination, and a desire to learn dental prosthetics. High school diploma required; 0–6 months experience preferred in plaster bench or similar settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–6 months of experience trimming and pouring denture models preferred.
• Prior plaster bench experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pour dental impressions into plaster to create accurate denture models.
• Trim and prepare plaster models for processing.
• Articulate dental cases according to established procedures.
• Polish dentures and dental prosthetics to meet quality standards.
• Assist with preparation and processing of dental prosthetics.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
• Follow OSHA protocols and laboratory safety practices.
