Job summary

Proforma Health in Texas is seeking a Dental Assistant with no experience required. You will support dental teams during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, take X‑rays (training provided), and help with patient care and front-desk tasks.

We offer hands-on training, a competitive hourly rate, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k), and flexible schedules Monday–Friday, 9–5. OSHA and HIPAA compliance are emphasized, with opportunities to grow in the dental field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Background check, valid driver's license, and U.S. work authorization.
• Bonus: Dental assisting certification and bilingual ability (Spanish/English).

Responsibilities

• Support dental teams during procedures and assist with patient care.
• Prepare, sterilize, and clean treatment rooms and tools.
• Take X‑rays (training available) and record patient information accurately.
• Support front-desk tasks such as check-in and scheduling.
• Follow safety protocols including OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
• Share post-treatment care instructions with patients.
