Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, valid driver’s license, and legal work authorization.
• Preferred but not required: Dental assisting certification and bilingual skills (Spanish/English).

Responsibilities

• Assisting dentists during procedures.
• Preparing and sterilizing treatment rooms.
• Taking X-rays (training available).
• Recording patient information and supporting front-desk tasks.
• Maintaining a clean, safe workspace in accordance with OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
