Job summary

Aspen Dental in South Lebanon, Ohio, is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No prior experience or certification is required; you’ll receive paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the DANB and a clear path toward becoming a CDA while helping patients in your community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the state required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
