Job summary

Aspen Dental in the United States is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant with no prior experience. You’ll receive paid training through the DANB and a clear path toward becoming a CDA, while working with a team dedicated to community care.

The role offers full-time hours, paid training, radiology/safety certification via DANB, and benefits including PTO, health, vision, and a 401(k). You’ll support clinicians, prepare operatory, manage infection control, and help document patient charts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within state timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
