Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to enter the field with hands-on training and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).

No prior dental experience or certification is required. You’ll learn through paid DANB-sponsored training, assist during procedures, manage operatory setup and sterilization, support charting, and collaborate with the dental team to deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within state requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Support patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
