Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to join a community-focused team. No prior dental experience is required; you’ll receive paid, hands-on training through our DANB partnership and a clear path to becoming a CDA.

You’ll assist during procedures, set up and break down operatories, manage infection control, support doctor charting, and perform general office tasks while advancing radiology and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and break down operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
