Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in the Rochester area. No dental experience required; paid on-the-job training through the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).

This full-time role offers radiology and safety certification paid for through our DANB partnership, competitive hourly pay, and a benefits package. Scheduling varies by location with options for part-time or full-time hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology certification within state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
