Qualifications

• Active BLS or within three months of hire.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a patient-focused attitude.
• Prior experience in sterile processing, general or specialty dental practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Support & Chairside Assistance: assist procedures, four-handed dentistry, suction, retract tissues, mix materials under supervision.
• Instrument & Equipment Management: sterilize and organize instruments, prepare trays, maintain equipment per infection control.
• Administrative & Operational Support: manage patient records (non-clinical), scheduling, inventory, ensure rooms are clean and stocked.
• Patient Interaction: escort patients, provide comfort measures, and give general instructions as directed.
