Rochester Regional Health is seeking an entry-level Dental Assistant to join the Dental Group in Penfield, NY. Under the supervision of a licensed dentist, you will perform chairside support, assist with procedures, and help maintain a clean, organized practice environment.

This role offers on-the-job training, exposure to patient care and infection control, and opportunities to pursue New York State registration with support from the team.

Qualifications

• Active BLS or within three months of hire
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Prior experience in sterile processing or dental practice

Responsibilities

• Clinical support and chairside assistance under supervision.
• Sterilize, organize instruments and prepare trays.
• Administrative and operational support: manage patient records, scheduling, inventory.
• Escort patients and provide comfort measures.
