Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to support clinicians and patients. You will be trained to assist with procedures, prepare operatory rooms, and maintain infection control standards in a patient-centered practice.

The role includes paid training to obtain radiology and safety certification, a clear pathway to CDA certification, and benefits such as PTO, health/vision, and a 401(k). Flexible scheduling may vary by location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
