Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to support the clinical team and patients. You will receive training to become radiology and safety certified, with a pathway to DANB CDA, and flexible scheduling including part-time and full-time options.

You will assist during procedures, help prepare and break down operatories, maintain infection control, support charting, perform office tasks, and collaborate with the dental team to provide outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
