Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Mentor, Ohio to support doctors and the dental team across a range of procedures. You will set up operatory, sterilize instruments, assist with charting, and help with daily office tasks while learning through our onboarding program.

The role offers paid training to become radiology and safety certified, with part-time or full-time options and a benefits package including time off, health, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the state practice timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
