Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to support clinicians and patients. You will receive comprehensive training, work with a supportive team, and contribute to high-quality care from day one.

In this full-time role, you’ll assist with procedures, sterilize instruments, manage charting, and help maintain a clean, safe operatory environment while pursuing the CDA certification and career growth within a national network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with patients.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
