Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. You will support clinical needs, receive training to become radiology and safety certified, and have the opportunity to grow within a community-focused network.

We offer a pathway to CDA certification, flexible scheduling, and paid training through our DANB partnership. This entry-level role includes assisting during treatments, charting support, operatory setup, instrument sterilization, and collaboration with the dental team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
