Job summary

biblioso India is seeking a motivated Lab Assistant to support datacenter and hardware operations while learning hands‑on technical skills. The role is designed for recent graduates or early-career individuals who want to grow into a Lab Technician position.

You will work within a dynamic, collaborative team, perform installation and setup tasks, and participate in hardware validation under supervision. Training and mentorship are provided to help you advance to a full‑time role.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree/certificate in Engineering Technology, Computer Hardware, IT, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of computer hardware, components, and basic networking.
• Comfortable working with tools and following technical instructions.
• Strong desire to develop into a full‑time Lab Technician role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with physical installation of racks, servers, network devices, cabling, and power units.
• Help build and configure servers, including wiring and basic setup.
• Support routine lab maintenance and organization, including prototype and test hardware upkeep.
• Learn and assist with cabling, power routing, and equipment labeling.
