The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a high school diploma and a demonstrated interest in IT. This position may require evening and weekend shifts based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience with server, storage, compute, or network hardware.
• Demonstrated interest in troubleshooting servers or networking equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and monitoring servers in data centers.
• Support the installation of racks, servers, and switches.
• Help maintain warehouse inventory and asset management.
