• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• Able to lift up to 39 pounds regularly; 40+ pounds for group lifts.
• Comfort with ladders and basic construction tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 4-week instructor-led training at a local community college.
• Uphold high safety standards and promote a safety culture.
• Operate electrical and mechanical equipment (UPS, switchgear, generators, HVAC, etc.).
• Troubleshoot events, perform routine rounds, and log readings.
• Supervise contractors and respond to on-call emergencies.
