Next Level Technician is seeking entry level Data Center Technicians for a long-term role in South Bend, IN. You’ll support commercial and industrial projects at data centers, schools, hospitals and more, with hands-on training provided.

Earn $20 per hour, with a Mon-Fri 10-hour shift pattern on first shift. The position offers weekly pay, PTO, medical benefits, sign-on and referral bonuses, plus growing opportunity through BICSI-certified training and dedicated recruiter support.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Interest in building a long-term career in cabling or construction trades.

Responsibilities

• Support construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks
• Work closely with supervisors and skilled trades to assist where needed
• Follow all site safety procedures and PPE
• Learn and assist with low-voltage cabling tasks (pulling cable, labeling, staging materials)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Next Level Technician is urgently hiring Entry Level Data Center Technicians for a long-term opportunity in South Bend, IN. Earn $20 per hour based on experience and start building a career in the construction and low-voltage industry!

Construction Laborers at Next Level Technician work across a variety of commercial and industrial sites, including data centers, schools, hospitals, offices, retail stores, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. Every project is different-giving you hands-on experience and a chance to grow your skillset fast.

Responsibilities:

• Support construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks
• Work closely with supervisors and skilled trades to assist where needed
• Follow all site safety procedures and properly use PPE
