Next Level Technician in South Bend, IN is hiring Entry Level Data Center Technicians for a long-term role. Earn $20 per hour based on experience and gain hands-on experience across commercial and industrial sites, including data centers, schools, hospitals and offices.

Role includes training, safety procedures, and opportunities to grow in low-voltage cabling and construction trades. The position is on-site with weekday shifts and potential for career advancement through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Interest in building a long-term career in cabling or construction trades.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Responsibilities

• Support construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks.
• Work closely with supervisors and skilled trades to assist where needed.
• Follow all site safety procedures and properly use PPE.
• Learn and assist with low-voltage cabling tasks (pulling cable, labeling, staging materials).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Take direction and training to develop technical skills over time.

Next Level Technician is urgently hiring Entry Level Data Center Technicians for a long-term opportunity in South Bend, IN. Earn $20 per hour based on experience and start building a career in the construction and low-voltage industry! Construction Laborers at Next Level Technician work across a variety of commercial and industrial sites, including data centers, schools, hospitals, offices, retail stores, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. Every project is different-giving you hands-on experience and a chance to grow your skillset fast.
