Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hr

What You Will Learn

• Assist with installing and organizing equipment inside data centers.
• Help mount and organize server racks and network equipment.
• Learn cable routing, dressing, labeling, and management.
• Assist with running and connecting network and data cables.
• Support technicians with basic equipment installation and setup.
• Learn how to identify and organize cables, connections, and equipment.
• Assist with maintaining clean, organized, and secure work areas.
• Follow data center procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work alongside experienced technicians to develop hands‑on technical skills.

We're looking for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and motivated to learn. Have an interest in computers, technology, or networking. Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Are comfortable with hands‑on work and working as part of a team. Have good attention to detail and organizational skills. Can follow instructions and work in a professional environment. Are comfortable standing, walking, and lifting equipment or materials as needed. Have reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Previous experience in construction, warehouse operations, cabling, computers, or electronics is a plus, but not required.

NO DATA CENTER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TRAINING PROVIDED!
