Ad Astra is seeking an Associate Data Analyst in Overland Park, KS to support scheduling and student success analytics. You will prepare analyses, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights for campus decision makers.

This entry-level role offers mentorship, cross-team collaboration, and exposure to AI-assisted data work. The role reports to the VP of Value and Insights within the Insights and Advisory Services organization, focusing on data quality, reporting, and pragmatic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 0–2 years of data analysis experience or coursework.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analyses, reports, and visualizations for client engagements.
• Validate client data for quality and anomalies.
• Design dashboards using Tableau or QuickSight to support decision making.
• Use SQL for data extraction, cleaning, and preparation.
• Collaborate across Value and Insights, Consulting, Development and Product.
