This entry-level role focuses on building experience in customer relationship management and operational processes in a hands-on setting. The position requires a current or pursuing degree in supply chain or related field, strong communication, and the ability to work a multi-day shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail, sense of urgency.
• Motivated, self directed and customer service oriented.
• Comfortable in a sales oriented environment.
• Demonstrates ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Ability to lift and move packages 25–50 lbs, up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Responding and coordinating resources relative to customer requests.
• Managing inventory.
• Placing and fulfilling orders.
• Receiving and shipping inventory.
• Executing inventory fulfillment within the customer facility.
• Sourcing and quoting new and existing products.
• Participating in continuous improvement activities and implementing new business processes.
• Monetizing and reporting the value of supply chain management activities to the customer.
