Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers to provide quality customer service and support.
• Stay current on client products, services, and industry updates.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Assist in generating new customer leads and supporting sales initiatives.
• Represent client brands professionally within a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Communicate with existing and potential customers to support new business growth (face-to-face).

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant industry, bartending, military, or brand representation is a plus (not required).
