Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of full-time verifiable custodial experience, preferably in a large institutional or multi-facility setting.
• Ability to follow safety practices and maintain cleanliness to standards.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working with basic custodial tools.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Set up rooms for events and meetings; move furniture as needed.
• Perform minor maintenance and report larger repairs.
• Ensure buildings and grounds are secure and safe.
