Job summary

BBG is seeking an entry-level Analyst to support commercial real estate valuation. You will work under a licensed senior appraiser to access databases, compile data, perform market surveys, and help produce appraisal reports for a diverse client base.

• Strong quantitative skills with experience building real estate valuation models.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate or Economics or related discipline with 1 - 3 years of commercial real estate experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work under a licensed senior appraiser to access proprietary databases and public resources to support valuation.
• Manage own caseload and see assignments through to completion.
• Research and compile key data for appraisal reports.
• Perform market surveys and confirm property transaction details.
• Receive on-the-job training and use provided equipment and technology.
