Precision-Pipeline-Solutions seeks an entry-level corrosion safety inspector for the Brooklyn, Queens area. You will perform inspections on gas piping, access customer sites, and document findings to company and regulatory standards.

You must be able to walk several miles daily, hold a valid driver’s license, pass a THC drug screen, and complete training. The role includes a company cell phone, vehicle for qualified candidates, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with mobile applications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Ability to pass and maintain drug screen (THC included).
• Ability to walk 3–6 miles per day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain required Operator Qualifications.
• Conduct facility inspections and surveys on utility owned gas associated structures.
• Complete all documentation accurately and in accordance with procedures.
• Ensure records meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Support the successful completion of mandated inspections.
• Perform minor repairs and remediation as needed.
• Conduct integrity surveys.
• Participate in audit reviews and support operations during audits.
• Work in adverse weather conditions.
• Maintain awareness of surrounding conditions while adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate professionally with customers and clients.
• Demonstrate attention to details.
• Conduct oneself with integrity and maintain accountability for your work quality and attendance.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Demonstrate an intermediate knowledge of mechanical aptitude.

Inspectors are required to gain access to customer locations to complete mandated inspections.

All findings must be documented according to company and regulatory standards. Professionalism, accuracy, and safety are essential, as the goal is to protect life and property.
